Account has a trainee program focused on developing Accounting consultants to work in the area in which we provide services. For the program we select professionals recently graduated in Accountancy who have as main characteristic the flexibility to provide responses to the different demands of the corporate world.
We have a career plan that allows the trainee to ascend to the position of partner and we invest in external courses and on-the-job training supervised by a senior consultant, boosting the development of our talents. The trainee program is conducted annually.
