In the work performed as associate auditors, these professionals routinely perceived the difficulty faced by the organizations to solve the problems detected by the traditional audit reports.
This indicated a new market niche. The entrepreneurial spirit and the vision of the future led this group to form a company focused on proposing alternatives and solving the problems.
The objective was to prevent the client from expending efforts with accounting and tax issues, which are essential for the business development, but are not part of their core business.
